Day 33 - 1st grade
I subbed in this first grade classroom this afternoon. They were an energetic group. This is the room after I straightened it up before leaving for the day. Since I retired, I've enjoyed subbing a little bit each week. But, it sure is nice to head home without a bag of school work to do!

Sometimes the little ones are the most exhausting but they can be the most enjoyable too :)
ReplyDeleteI imagine that is the best part of retirement...being able to still be around children learning, but not having to take the work home. I LOVE teaching, but I HATE grading papers.
