Day 105 - Peony bud
We have three large peony plants in our garden. They've been moved from house to house over the years. These clumps were originally given to me by my Mormor & Morfar (Swedish grandparents). I think of them whenever the peonies are in bloom. They are about 4-6 inches out of the soil now, but should grow quickly now that the weather is warming up.

I love peonies. I have 3 large ones as well but they came from a catalog. Won't be long and it will be time to put the hoop around them so they don't flop to the ground. So many things to look forward to in the garden this time of year.
