My photo today is of Rainman, my box turtle. I've had him for 18+ years. He went to school with me every year while I was teaching. Past students often came back to visit him! Now he is at home with us. Today he was out 'exercising' on the pink yoga mat!
How large is Rainman? Do you have to be licensed to have a turtle in the US the way are here, in NSW?
ReplyDeleteHis shell is about 6 inches long. We do not need a license to have a pet box turtle in the USA.
